At Veritey we know that Beauty shouldn't come at a great cost. (Either to your health or your wallet.) It's just not right. But as someone who straightened her hair for a decade using the so-called Japanese method I was kept in the dark about what was in my hair process. It was probably formaldehyde. But honestly, I didn't know. I still don't. I went to an authentic Japanese salon. The products they used were all in Japanese. They assured me it was safe. They all used it. But was it?
No one should have to ask that, no matter what the reason.
