Ever wonder if "healthy" candy exists?  I know it sounds preposterous, and it does depend on your definition of healthy, but there are certainly candies out there that are superior from a nutritional perspective.  And this Halloween, if you're serving candy these should top the list. 

Whether you're looking for GMO-free, organic, artificial dye-free, gluten-free, and/or sustainably made sweets, there is something on this list for you. Instead of feeling ashamed of that candy stash -- especially when your kids find it! -- stock it with treats you don't have to hide.  I'm not advocating widespread candy eating (let's face it, an apple is a better choice any day of the week), but for the times when you do want candy, let it be the truly good stuff.  Like what's here on my Top 10 Healthiest Candy List for Halloween (or anytime) in 2013:
